Tanicha Boneham

Having been in the hospitality industry for 13 years, Tanicha has worked closely with breweries and publicans across the trade. Tanicha's business development knowledge and dedication work to the hospitality sector saw her work within large scale redevelopment projects and the launch of three public houses. As well as a business mindset, Tanicha would also focus on the community aspect, ensuring that each venue gave back to their community through fundraising and event coordination. The ability to combine both a successful business and an asset of community value allowed for over £30,000 being donated to multiple charities and accolades such as Pub of the Year, Marketing & Social Media Pub of the Year and Community Pub of the Year.

Tanicha spent three years as a Communications Officer and Event Coordinator based in Stratford upon Avon, working closely with national charities, based within education and social care settings, local authorities and school systems. Providing bespoke social media strategies that enabled each client to raise their national profiles, gain funding and network with high profile figures, resulting in development of government policies for education and social care. Tanicha utilised her skills to coordinate large scale conferences and events, with audiences of up to 5000 delegates, in a hybrid environment, with bespoke platforms designed to enable guests to network with colleagues around the globe. During the pre event planning, Tanicha would liaise, on behalf of the clients, with keynote speakers from around the world, such as Kris Akabussi, Dr Stephen Porges and Bessel Van der Kolk; to provide professional insight and knowledge to each event. ​
